Canadian DRO Status

On June 21, 2018, Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC became a Designated Rating Organization (DRO) in Canada under National Instrument 25-101. On July 6, 2018, the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions Canada (OSFI) recognized KBRA LLC as an External Credit Assessment Institution under OSFI’s Capital Adequacy Requirements Guideline.
