Entities that act as a master or special servicer in KBRA rated transactions are generally reviewed to determine whether or not the entity can meet minimum servicing standards. The process is intended to help facilitate the assignment and maintenance of ratings determined in our credit rating process, although KBRA may, from time to time, conduct reviews at the request of a servicing entity, which may also include its ability to act as a primary servicer.

The entities below have been reviewed and have been deemed to possess the necessary capabilities and attributes to satisfy the minimum requirements to meet their contractual obligations and the servicing standard in accordance with industry practices.
