KBRA Affirms Ratings for AB Issuer LLC

KBRA affirms its ratings on all notes of Series 2021-1 and Series 2022-1 (the Notes) issued by AB Issuer LLC (the Issuer), a whole business securitization (WBS). KBRA’s analysis indicated that existing credit enhancement for the Notes is sufficient to support the affirmed ratings. The data used for this review is as of the September 2025 reporting period (October 2025 payment date). To date, the securities have received timely interest payments and scheduled principal payments, if applicable.

Authority Brands, Inc. is the owner of a group of home service brands that operate mainly in the United States. Authority Brand’s home service segments are diversified across the home offering indoor and outdoor recurring services along with maintenance/emergency services. The system’s service offerings include cleaning, maintenance and repairs, HVAC, home care, restoration, pet services and pest control.
