KBRA Releases Surveillance Report for BNP Paribas’ Participation in an Uncommitted, Secured Revolving Credit Facility to CVC Capital Partners VIII

On 14 September 2023, KBRA UK (KBRA) affirmed the AA- rating assigned to BNP Paribas' ("BNPP" or the “Lender”) participation in an uncommitted, secured revolving credit facility (the “Facility”) to CVC Capital Partners VIII (“CVC VIII”or the “Fund”). CVC VIII is a fund managed by CVC Capital Partners (“CVC” or the “Manager”). The Outlook for the rating is Stable.
